7 Tips From Charismatic Leaders

1- Be passionate
Passionate individuals establish and convey an emotional connection with their topic. Starbucks founder Howard Schultz once told me that he communicates by telling stories. For example, when he tried to get skeptical investors to back the concept behind the "Bean Stock" program offering health benefits and stock options to part-timers, he told the story of his father who was left without a safety net when he broke his leg at work. Schultz is committed to building a company that treats employees with dignity and respect. Underlying this commitment emotionally helps convey its impact.

2- Have boundless energy
Charismatic individuals keep themselves in great shape and exude exceptional energy when entering a room. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has more energy than most anyone on his staff. But he works at it. Despite a heavy schedule running the world's fifth largest economy, he finds time to work out daily. He says that doing so is essential for maintaining the energy he needs to meet the demands of his enormous responsibilities and public appearances.

3- Articulate a bold vision
Inspiring business professionals articulate a bold and inspiring vision. During an interview, Intuit founder Scott Cook considers it vital to communicate a big vision -- especially for employees. "Your people want to know that their work is adding up to a great cause... that they're working for more than a paycheck," he said. One of the most famous examples of communicating a bold vision comes from legendary entrepreneur Steve Jobs. Jobs convinced one-time Pepsi CEO John Scully to take the helm of Apple by asking him, "Do you want to sell sugared water the rest of your life, or do you want a chance to change the world?" Scully didn't take long to take up the challenge.

4- Animate your speech
Charismatic speakers do not speak in monotone. They have a magnificent vocal delivery with peaks and valleys -- they speed up or slow down to emphasize a point. They raise and lower their voice all in the course of a sentence or two. Oracle CEO Larry Ellison uses well-timed and well-placed pauses to flag important points. Speaking with a monotone delivery with no animation in your voice is dull, boring and fails to keep listeners engaged.

5- Carry yourself with confidence
Charismatic leaders use confident, authoritative and commanding body language. Watching Cisco CEO John Chambers give a speech is like taking a course in confident body language. He maintains eye contact more than 80% of the time and speaks directly to individual people in the audience, instead of looking randomly about or over the heads of his listeners (as many speakers do). He uses a wide variety of hand gestures and maintains straight posture while standing or sitting.

6- Use clear and concise language
Charismatic individuals are easy to listen to because they keep their remarks clear and concise. One day I worked with the CEO of a chip company who described his enterprise exactly like this: "Our company is a premier developer of intelligent semiconductor intellectual property solutions that dramatically accelerate complex SOC designs while minimizing risk." Translation: We make chips that make your cell phone smaller, more powerful and able to last longer on a single charge. Keep it simple.

7- Have fun
Charismatic individuals are fun to be around. Swashbuckling entrepreneur Richard Branson never gets involved with a new business unless he has fun at it. It shows. His enthusiasm for projects is contagious and rubs off on everyone -- customers, colleagues, employees, and investors.

unlock the keys to charisma:-
Although most people will tell you that charisma cannot be taught, it's worth attempting to identify and adopt the distinct qualities of business leaders who are considered charismatic individuals. These are the kind of men that people can't help but follow. Adopting these seven keys in your own professional communications will help you persuade others to hire you, buy what you're selling or follow your vision.

Engine Oil

It takes fuel to make an engine run, but it also takes oil to keep it alive. As we all try to maximize the service lives and fuel economy of our engines, it’s important to understand engine oil’s role in all this, whether you use conventional, synthetic or blended varieties. This is an amazingly complex subject, so for the uninitiated, we’re going to share some basic information to get you started with our engine oil 101. We won’t get into every last detail here, but we will arm you with the fundamentals.

Why it’s important for your engine:-
Engine oil is a real multitasker, fortified with additives that perform beyond the obvious mission of combating metal-on-metal friction and heat. It also fights "blow-by": The soot, exhaust gases and unburned fuel that inevitably enter the crankcase in small doses by sneaking past the piston rings. In any event, without engine oil, metal parts will quickly bend, bond and barbecue. Not good.

What the numbers and letters mean:-
Engine oil used to be a lot simpler. The local auto parts store typically carried a few varieties of a few major brands, and that was about it. As engines have become more complex, engine oil has diversified to keep up with changing needs -- as evidenced from all the specs printed on bottles of engine oil. Fortunately, there are industry standards that explain it all.

The numbers:-
On the front of a typical engine oil container, you’ll see the oil’s specified viscosity rating. For our basic introduction to engine oil, just think of viscosity unscientifically as “thickness.” A few common viscosities include 0W-20, 5W-30, 10W-40, and 20W-50, though there are many more. These are multigrade oils, containing additives to tailor their viscosities to various engines’ requirements and ambient operating temperatures (although, on the latter point, the numbers themselves do not translate directly to thermometer readings).

Take the example of 5W-30 oil. The first number, 5, indicates the lowest operational cold temperature range, while the second, 30, signifies the highest operational temperature range. You may see single-grade oils with simpler viscosity numbers, like 20W, for instance. These have a limited operating range and only perform well for specific applications and conditions. Most modern vehicles are happiest with multigrade oils.

The letters:-
Whatever the engine oil’s viscosity, the numbers are usually preceded by “SAE,” which stands for the Society of Automotive Engineers, the organization whose viscosity standards determine the numbers. Incidentally, the prominent “W” is somewhat redundant in that it stands for “winter,” reconfirming the first number’s representation as the coldest operating range.

Some other letters you might notice on the container could be in the API “donut.” API is the American Petroleum Institute, which established voluntary certification standards in a partnership with major American and Japanese manufacturers. The letter code on the donut represents the oil’s performance level. For gas engine oil, you may see “API Service SM” as an example. A diesel-specific engine oil letter code might be “CI-4” or something similar. Generally speaking, oil with sequentially higher designation codes supersede previous codes and are compatible with engines built to run with oil from earlier designations.

That’s not to suggest that everyone is OK with API. Other more rigorous and/or specialized engine oil standards have been put into play, and you might see their designations on the container as well. They include the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA), the International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee (ILSAC), the Japanese Automotive Standards Organization (JASO), and even car manufacturers themselves.

Which engine oil is right for your car:-
If you’re beginning to suspect that selecting the right engine oil isn’t straightforward, you’re correct. For one, synthetic engine oils are now in the mainstream, though they’ve actually been available for decades. As the name suggests, they’re derived from chemical compounds other than those present in crude oil. More expensive synthetics offer improved lubrication at all temperatures and are capable of extended service intervals. Recently, synthetic blends have become popular, combining conventional and synthetic engine oils as a mid-range compromise. Additionally, there’s oil formulated for high-mileage engines, with additives to condition engine seals.

Even two identical vehicles may benefit from different engine oil viscosities and/or formulas. It partly depends on the car’s engine (gas, diesel or hybrid), age and mileage. It also depends on how you drive, how much you drive and your climate. The easiest answer to this question? Consult your owner’s manual. Some manufacturers outline very specific blends, brands and viscosities -- especially on their newer models. The designated oils may have specific additives or characteristics that your engine needs for optimal economy and performance. If you’re ever in doubt, ask an authorized dealer or an ASE-certified technician who has experience with your car model.

How often your engine oil should be checked and changed:-
The slightly exaggerated answer to this query is that you can’t check your oil often enough. Oil keeps your engine from going "boom" like an over-the-top Mythbusters experiment, so why wouldn’t you make it a frequent habit to verify the level? For most cars, it’s ideal to check the oil with the engine cold and not running (there are a few exceptions, so consult your owner’s manual), while parked on a level surface. If you’re not sure where your engine’s dipstick resides, the manual will reveal this as well.

Pull out the dipstick and wipe it clean with a rag or towel. Replace it, then pull it out again, holding it horizontally. You should see oil between the two lines or holes in the dipstick; when it’s in that range, your level is fine. If it’s at or below the lower mark, add a quart and remember to check the level again soon. Again, a cold engine will usually give the most accurate reading, but if you incorporate this habit into your fill-up routine at the gas station, so be it.

Whether you change your own engine oil yourself (truly a vanishing art) or have it done for you, just be sure you do it. As the oil’s additives break down and contaminants enter the engine, oil's effectiveness is seriously compromised. How often should it be changed? As with selecting the right engine oil, the frequency largely depends on what you drive and how you drive.

The once-standard schedule of every three months or 3,000 miles is, well, changing. Some manufacturers and engine-oil producers are recommending longer service intervals under certain circumstances. Of course, there are the traditionalists for whom even the old three-month/3,000-mile guideline seems painfully long. Suffice it to say, drivers are strongly divided on the issue. When in doubt, refer to your owner’s manual. If you’re still in doubt after that, talk to a qualified service technician. Finally, regardless of how often it’s changed or by whom, be sure your used engine oil winds up at a designated collection facility.

oil for thought:-
If you think fuel is important, consider oil’s role in your engine’s well-being. There’s far more to engine oil than we’re able to cover here, but with this look at the fundamentals, you can begin to understand engine oil and make the right choices for your vehicle.

"Duri dalam daging" BY TUN DR M

Walaupun Dato maki hamun saya semasa pilihanraya kecil saya bersetuju Dato masuk balik UMNO.

Saya ucap tahniah kerana Dato dapat sekali lagi jadi Menteri. Jagalah harga barang baik-baik. Tak usahlah komen tentang diri saya.

Tepuk dulang paku serpih.
Katakan orang awak yang lebih.

6 PACK ABDS EATING TIPS

Most people will agree that there is more weight loss and fitness information today but there is also more and more people that are getting even more confused about proper nutrition. Each diet contradicts with one another. I know it can get very confusing.

I am not a nutritionist and I do NOT claim to know everything. However, I spent over 7 years of my life studying how the body functions. These are just the general guidelines that I use for myself.

I can never stress it enough how crucial proper eating is. It is one of my biggest reasons why I was able to drop my body fat so that I could reveal my six pack abs. Without proper supportive eating, you are wasting your time at the gym. It is only
going to be a lot tougher without the proper supportive eating.

Here are my eating tips and I'll try to keep it simple and easy to follow. If you want to lose weight and gain lean muscle, you will want your supportive eating to consist of high protein and high fiber food. You will understand why after reading this article.

Let? Talk About Protein First:

You want to make an effort to consume high quality protein and fiber in every meal. A suportive eating rich in lean protein is very crucial for numerous reasons. Protein is essential for repairing, building, and preserving your muscle. Of course, the more muscle that you can keep and build, the higher your metabolism. In addition, protein is needed for the production of important hormones and enzymes.

However, one of the biggest reasons why protein plays a big role in your supportive eating is because protein does not spike your sugar level up. The more your blood sugar is steady, the more fat your body can release to be utilize as energy.

Protein is hard for your body to break down causing up to 20% thermic effect compared to carbohydrates and fat. What does that mean? When you consume protein, 20% of the total protein calories are used just to break down the protein into small chains of amino acids. That is extremely important to help boost your metabolism.

Here are the top 12 sources of high quality lean protein:

1. White egg omelette (hard boiled eggs)
2. Lean skinless chicken and turkey (white meat)
3. Wild Salmon
4. Lean beef
5. Tuna
6. Lean Pork
7. Sardines
8. Skim milk
9. Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
10. Beans, nuts, legumes
11. Soy (Tofu)
12. Whey protein drinks.

Let? Talk About Foods That Are High in Fiber:

Adding fiber into your meal is crucial for overall heath. Fiber (soluble) absorbs water making your feel fuller and for much longer time. For example, plain oatmeal is high in soluble fiber with attract water to keep you satisfied for hours. However, eating cereal that is high in sugar and low fiber causes you to get hungry very quickly. Insoluble fiber help move the food faster through the stomach and intestines to prevent constipation and other disease. It is recommended to consume about 25-35 grams of fiber per day.

Like I said earlier, you must make an effort to consume lean protein in every meal. But you also want your supportive eating to be rich in high fiber food. The list below are food that are high in fiber and packed in vitamins, minerals, and fiber that are essential muscle building, fat burning meal.

Top 12 Foods That Are High in Fiber:

1. Broccoli
2. Spinach
3. Yellow and red peppers
4. Cauliflower
5. Kale
6. Sweet potatoes
7. Brown rice
8. Plain Oatmeal (my favorite breakfast food)
9. Tomatoes
10. Berries (extremely high in antioxidants which speed up your recovery)
11. Bananas (my simple carbohydrates after working out.)
12. Legumes, beans, nuts

Let? all put it together. Again, you want to try to consume some lean protein in every meal with foods that are high in fiber. Below are four samples of what my everyday meal looks like.

Quick notes: Casein is the predominant protein in milk to help prevent muscle breakdown.

My Nutritional Tip Before, During, and After Working Out

Based on research, consuming protein before, during, and after workouts help increase muscle mass more compared to any other time. My suggestion is to make a protein shake prior to working out, sipping it before and throughout the session, and a little bit more right after your workout session. To maximize your fat loss, drink a total of 20-40grams of whey protein before, during, and after working out.

My Supplement Tip

I am also receiving a lot of questions about my recommended supplements. I do NOT recommend any fat burning pills. However, I highly recommend flax seed oil and a muti-vitamin with your breakfast. Whey protein and other meal replacements can also be very helpful as well.

Quick Guidelines Overview:

I will provide you with a great guideline to help you lose weight. Let me simply it for you. These are the guidelines that I am following in my 16 week journey to six pack abs.

Rule #1: Eat smaller meals through out day.

Ideally, try to eat every 3- 31/2 hours of a smaller meal everyday. Not only will you feel less hungry but it will help boost your metabolism by constantly supplying your body with the adequate amount of energy. Stay away from eating 3 larger meals and start eating smaller meals through out the day.

Rule#2: Consume enough high quality protein every day.

Protein (such as chicken) has a high thermic effect than carbs and fat. What does it mean to you? Your body has to burn extra calories to break down your protein into smaller amino acids. Plus, it will keep you satisfied a lot longer compared to carbs. In addition, protein is needed to build and maintain lean muscle. Aim for about 60-70% of your total calorie intake.

Rule#3: Consume 25-35 grams of fiber a day

Your carbohydrates should be mostly high fiber foods such as vegetables, fruit, and high fiber unrefined grains. Fiber in your food absorbs water causing it to expand in your stomach and therefore making you feel more satisfied for a longer time. In addition, high fiber food will also control your blood sugar level; therefore, allowing you to release more body fat.

Rule#4: Avoid refined sugars and refined grains.

One of the biggest reasons why we are so overweight is because of the amount of sugar intake that we consume every year (Yes. That means to put your soda down). High sugary food/drink intake can cause your blood sugar to spike up causing you body to stop producing another hormone called glucagon. Glucagon is a releasing hormone that is responsible for releasing body fat to be utilized as energy. However, when you consume too much sugar, your glucagon production is discontinued.

Rule#5: Consume an adequate amount of fat.

When I say fat, I meant the healthy kind of fat such as nuts and seeds, nut butters, olive oil, organic meats and eggs, virgin coconut oil, and avocados. Depleting yourself with the healthy fat can negatively affect your hormone levels that will only result to more cravings.

In addition, you want to limit the unhealthy fat (saturated fat) such as butter, margarine, and the fat around your steak. Avoid hydrogenated fat at all costs as they cause more harm than good.

Rule#6: Keep yourself hydrated all day;

It is crucial to keep yourself hydrated especially while working out. Try to drink .6 - .7 ounces per pound of body weight. We are made up of mostly water and a slight decrease in your body fluid level can affect your exercise performance. My number one rule in regards to water: If you are thirsty, you are also dehydrated. Do NOT wait until you are thirsty.

Let? put it all together:

I eat small meals through out the day containing one lean protein and foods that are rich in fibers. I consume an average of 400 calories per meal (5-6x per day) for a total of about 2,000-2,400 calories per day. In order for you to lose weight, you must create a caloric deficit; in other words, you must burn more calories than you consume. However, consuming too little calories (extreme dieting) can result in an even lower metabolism.

Eating smaller meals through out the day will help boost your metabolism and keep your energy up all day.

7 Foods to Keep You Young

Olive Oil

Four decades ago, researchers from the Seven Countries Study concluded that the monounsaturated fats in olive oil were largely responsible for the low rates of heart disease and cancer on the Greek island of Crete. Now we know that olive oil also contains polyphenols, powerful antioxidants that may help prevent age-related diseases.

Yogurt

In the 1970s, Soviet Georgia was rumored to have more centenarians per capita than any other country. Reports at the time claimed that the secret of their long lives was yogurt, a food ubiquitous in their diets. While the age-defying powers of yogurt never have been proved directly, yogurt is rich in calcium, which helps stave off osteoporosis and contains "good bacteria" that help maintain gut health and diminish the incidence of age-related intestinal illness.

Fish

Thirty years ago, researchers began to study why the native Inuits of Alaska were remarkably free of heart disease. The reason, scientists now think, is the extraordinary amount of fish they consume. Fish is an abundant source of omega-3 fats, which help prevent cholesterol buildup in arteries and protect against abnormal heart rhythms.

Chocolate

The Kuna people of the San Blas islands, off the coast of Panama, have a rate of heart disease that is nine times less than that of mainland Panamanians. The reason? The Kuna drink plenty of a beverage made with generous proportions of cocoa, which is unusually rich in flavanols that help preserve the healthy function of blood vessels. Maintaining youthful blood vessels lowers risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and dementia.

Nuts

Studies of Seventh-Day Adventists (a religious denomination that emphasizes healthy living and a vegetarian diet) show that those who eat nuts gain, on average, an extra two and a half years. Nuts are rich sources of unsaturated fats, so they offer benefits similar to those associated with olive oil. They’re also concentrated sources of vitamins, minerals and other phytochemicals, including antioxidants.

Wine (HARAM for MUSLIM OKAY!!)

Drinking alcohol in moderation protects against heart disease, diabetes and age-related memory loss. Any kind of alcoholic beverage seems to provide such benefits, but red wine has been the focus of much of the research. Red wine contains resveratrol, a compound that likely contributes to its benefits—and, according to animal studies, may activate genes that slow cellular aging.

Blueberries

In a landmark study published in 1999, researchers at Tufts University’s Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging fed rats blueberry extract for a period of time that in "rat lives" is equivalent to 10 human years. These rats outperformed rats fed regular chow on tests of balance and coordination when they reached old age. Compounds in blueberries (and other berries) mitigate inflammation and oxidative damage, which are associated with age-related deficits in memory and motor function.

4 Traits Of A "Cool Guy"

Here's Are 4 Traits Of A "Cool Guy"...

I get a lot of questions from guys asking all
kinds of questions about how to behave around
women.

In fact, this might be one of the areas that
guys want to know the most about.

I've been doing a lot of thinking over the past
year or so about the concept of being "cool".

In other words, I've been watching people
(myself included) to see if I could figure out why
some people are considered "cool" while some are
considered "not-so-cool"... and more importantly,
how to use this idea to have more success with
women.

So what is a "cool guy"?

And what is it about a guy who's "cool" that
makes women feel more attracted to him than an
"uncool" guy?

Let me tell you a few quick mini-stories about
guys I've known who were UN-cool.

One friend I used to have LOVED to argue with
people. He would start arguments about anything
and always take the opposite perspective on every
topic. He did this with women all the time too. I
think he felt like he was coming across as smart
when he argued. Guess what? Women hated it, and
ran as soon as he started in. His guy friends
hated it too. He was UN-cool because his
insecurity was so strong, that he had to argue to
get attention.

Another friend I have always tries to do nice
things and favors for women he likes. As soon as
he meets a woman he likes, he tries to find
something he can do for her. Of course, he then
gets upset when the woman doesn't return the
feelings of affection... and he acts upset and
"taken advantage of". This, of course, makes women
run away. As you can probably guess, he's trying
to manipulate women with favors. And women resent
him for it. Women don't think he's cool, and they
avoid him.

I know one guy who loves to tell women how
beautiful they are, buys them drinks and dinners,
and pursues them with the "You're the greatest
thing in the world and I'm going to chase you
around and try to buy your attention". And even
though he's doing a lot of "nice" things for the
women he's interested in, he can't keep one around
for more than a date or two. Even his guy friends
think that he needs to calm down and act more
"cool" in general.

Now, all three of the guys I've mentioned above
have different problems... but the way I see it,
they're all strangely related.

Here are a few more quick stories about guys I
know who are "cool".

One guy I know always has girls around him. In
fact, I don't think I've ever seen him WITHOUT at
least one girl with him. Usually he has three or
four girls with him... and sometimes up to 10 or
12. He always makes fun of the girls, teases them,
and treats them like good friends who he's
comfortable enough to bust on. He's not rich, he
doesn't buy things for women, and he doesn't kiss
up to them. He DOES, on the other hand, make it
his business to know where the "cool" places are
in town, where to go out, and who to call for the
"inside track" on where the hot spots are. Then he
shows up at the door to these hot spots with five
women. EVERYONE who knows him thinks of him as a
"cool" guy.

I have another friend that is really amazing
with women. But he does something that's rather
unusual when he's around women. He kind of IGNORES
them when he first meets them. If he's out with
friends, and one of them introduces a female
friend to him, he'll shake her hand and say "hi",
then TURN AWAY and go back to whatever he was
doing. Somehow, the women that are around him
always want to talk to HIM. And all the guys he
knows think of him as one of the coolest guys
around.

Finally, I have one friend who literally says
things to women like, "You probably wouldn't like
me. I don't really have relationships with women.
Our relationship will probably go no further than
the physical..." If you've seen my Advanced DVD
Program, you probably remember him saying these
exact words when I'm interviewing him. He's so
calm and laid back around women that they have to
pursue HIM... and it happens a lot. He's
blunt, direct, and honest about whatever is on his
mind. He doesn't chase women, buy them things, or
smother them with compliments... and yet, they
love him. And he has a crew of guy friends who all
love him and think he's one of the "coolest" guys
in the world.

Quick Note: If you'd like to see me talking to
and interviewing "cool" guys who KNOW how to
attract women, you should take a minute and go
check out my Advanced Dating Techniques Program.
Seeing how these guys communicate is worth the
price of admission ALONE...

So what is it that separates the "cool" guys
from the "uncool" guys?

What is "cool"?

What is it that makes a few rare people the
kind of people that EVERYONE wants to be around?

What is it about UN-cool guys that repels other
people, and makes women run away?

And what is it about this element that I'm
calling "cool" that makes guys who have it attract
more women than they can handle?

THE DEFINITION OF COOL

I personally think that being "cool" comes down
to:

1) Being independent

2) Being indifferent

3) Being funny

4) Being socially adjusted

Before I get into each of these in detail, I
want to mention something...

Usually, I tend to stick to techniques to help
you meet more women, or give you advice to get
past limiting beliefs, etc.

I've realized recently that there are a few
BASIC, FUNDAMENTAL things that we, as guys, need
to really "get" about interacting with other
people before we start trying to learn advanced
stuff, like how to approach and meet women. If you
don't have some of the basic things handled, all
the fancy techniques in the world won't fix your
problem.

So stick with me here, this is important.

OK, so let's talk about the four components
that I mentioned above.

BEING INDEPENDENT

Independent is the OPPOSITE of "dependent".

When you act "dependent", you lean on others,
you look to them for approval, you ask what they
think before you make a decision, you tend to want
to stay physically close to them, and your
feelings tend to depend on what others feel and
think of you.

When you act INDEPENDENT, you lean back, you do
things because YOU decided you wanted to, you
don't ask others what they think - instead you
decide yourself, you are fine walking away from
your friends for awhile when you're out, and your
feelings are controlled by what YOU think, not
what others think.

A "dependent" person will go into a bar with
friends, stick close to them all night, ask what
everyone else is drinking before they order, get
upset easily about things that others say, and
constantly be looking for attention and approval
in some way.

An INDEPENDENT person, on the other hand, will
go into a bar with friends and be more likely
to... walk away and look around the place ALONE to
see who's there - and feel fine about leaving
their friends for awhile and striking up a
conversation with a stranger... They'll order a
drink if they want, or water if they want - and
not care what everyone else is drinking... They'll
be cool and calm no matter what happens - even if
others are getting upset around them... And, most
importantly, they aren't looking to others for
attention and approval. They're doing their own
thing, and enjoying whatever happens.

BEING INDIFFERENT

Most people in this world are ATTACHED to the
outcomes of things. They're constantly worrying
about what's going to happen... and talking about
the future in a fearful, uncertain way.

This type of person always wants to know what
other people think of them, and they're worrying
about what they should do so other people will
like them. Unfortunately, this almost ALWAYS comes
across as INSECURITY.

An INDIFFERENT person, on the other hand, just
goes about life and takes things as they come.

The indifferent person is INDIFFERENT to the
outcome of whatever situation they're in.

If it's a man, and he's approaching a woman, he
will be OK with whatever happens. If she's nice to
him, great. If she's uptight, no problem. If she's
rich, famous, and beautiful... and starts coming
on to him, fine. No big deal.

When you are ATTACHED to the outcome of a
situation, it makes you act all kinds of freaky.
You pause, act nervous, hold back, look for
approval, act insecure... and any of 100 other
unattractive things.

On the other hand, when you're INDIFFERENT to
the outcome, it makes you MAGNETIC. Especially
when it comes to women and dating. Indifference is
the ultimate way to show a LACK of insecurity in
life.

BEING FUNNY

Humor is magic.

It's a complete mystery why we find things
"funny" and why we "laugh".

Crying because someone died makes some logical
sense. It's a bad thing, and crying expresses a
negative emotion.

But when you see a dog run into a window
because he doesn't see it... and he gets a
confused look on his face, you LAUGH. What's with
that?

Humor is interesting to me, in that if you're
funny, it makes people FEEL GOOD inside. They
laugh, and it triggers positive feelings.

If you're not naturally funny, it's a great
skill to learn. Read books. Watch live comedy. Do
whatever it takes to learn how to be funny.

Most of the "coolest" guys I know are wickedly
funny. Some of them are only funny on occasion...
but they "get it"... and when they do make a joke,
it's DAMN funny.

BEING SOCIALLY ADJUSTED

I know that this sounds funny, but most of the
people I know who are "UN-cool" are not very
adjusted socially.

They lack a certain something in the "social
skills" department that makes it OBVIOUS to others
(and especially to women) that they don't know how
to relate very well to other people. They just
never learned how to make others feel comfortable
around them.

If you've ever known an accountant or computer
programmer that was brilliantly smart, but totally
boring, you know what I mean.

If people act kind of nervous, strange, and
uncomfortable when they're around you, then you
also know where I'm coming from on this.

I can't teach you how to make people feel
comfortable around you in two sentences, but if
you need to learn how to mix with people socially,
then start PAYING ATTENTION to what's going on
around you.

Watch how others dress, carry themselves, walk,
and talk. Pay attention to little details... like
saying, "What's up?" when you meet someone new,
instead of "Hello, pleased to meet you" and such.

...now, is this all there is to being "cool"?

Of course not.

But it's a great start.

If you can first get yourself to the place
where other people want to be around you just
because they enjoy your company, you'll find that
taking things to the next level with women will be
about 10 times easier.

I've had this conversation with MANY of the
guys I know who are successful with women, and
they all basically say the same thing... you have
to learn how to be "cool" and make others (women)
feel comfortable just being in the same room with
you. And if you're "cool", this happens almost
instantly. If you're not "cool", then you're going
to have a hard time making ANYONE feel comfortable
with you... never mind having a woman feel
ATTRACTION for you.

Even though I don't talk very much about this
concept (I will in the future, though), you'll
notice that many of the techniques you'll learn
from my materials will help you in a lot of areas
of your life... not just with women.

As a direct result of the things I've learned
about how to be more successful with women and
dating, I've ALSO become more successful at things
like being invited to "exclusive" parties, having
famous and successful people pursue me as a
friend, and just generally being invited into more
"exclusive" social circles.

Why is this?

Well, for one thing, people who know a lot of
"cool" or influential people are very careful
about who they "bring along" to gatherings with
friends.

The LAST thing someone "cool" needs in their
life is an "UN-cool" person making a jackass of
themselves in front of all of their friends.

When you learn the art of being "cool", you
start to attract other cool people. And those
people will see that you're not insecure,
emotionally unstable, clingy, and such. They'll
see that you know how to handle yourself with
other people (and with women), and they'll start
introducing you to other cool people (including
women) instead of running away from you.

I know that this newsletter is going to ignite
a whole series of letters to me about how learning
these concepts has done exactly what I'm talking
about for various guys (and I want to hear about
it, by the way, so make sure you write in).

So, want more great ideas on how to be "cool",
and how to meet and date more women?

I thought so...

It took me a long time to figure out how to be
"cool" around women... and how to make women feel
that powerful physical and emotional response
called ATTRACTION...

I can't tell you how much I wish I could have
known what I teach when I was younger. It's taken
me literally YEARS to put all the pieces together,
and I invite you to take advantage of the time,
effort, energy, and money I've invested to
discover, refine, and organize all of the step- by-
step techniques I've put together.

10 Mistakes Men Outhere Probably Make

MISTAKE #1: Being Too Much of A "Nice" Guy
Have you ever noticed that the really
attractive women never seem to be attracted to
"nice" guys?
Of course you have.
Just like me, I'm sure you've had attractive
female friends that always seemed to date
"jerks"... but for some reason they were never
romantically interested in YOU.
What's going on here?
It's actually very simple...
Women don't base their choices of men on how
"nice" a guy is. They choose the men they do
because they feel a powerful GUT LEVEL ATTRACTION
for them.
And guess what?
Being nice doesn't make a woman FEEL that
powerful ATTRACTION.
And being NICE doesn't make a woman CHOOSE you.
I realize that this doesn't make a lot of
logical sense, and it's hard to ACCEPT... but GET
OVER IT.
Until you accept this FACT and begin to act on
it, you'll NEVER have the success with women that
you want.
MISTAKE #2: Trying To "Convince" Her To Like You
What do most guys do when they meet a woman
that they REALLY like... but she's just not
interested?
Right! They try to "convince" the woman to feel
differently.
Well, I have news for you... YOU WILL NEVER
CHANGE HOW A WOMAN "FEELS" WHEN IT COMES TO
ATTRACTION!
Never, ever, EVER.
You cannot CONVINCE a woman to feel differently
about you with "logic and reasoning".
Think about it.
If a woman doesn't "feel it" for you, how in
the world do you expect to change that FEELING by
being "reasonable" with her?
But we all do it.
When a woman just isn't interested, we beg,
plead, chase, and do our best to change her mind.
Bad idea. One that will never work.
MISTAKE #3: Looking To Her For Approval Or
Permission
In our desire to please women (which we
mistakenly think will make them like us), us guys
are always doing things to get a woman's
"approval" or "permission".
Another HORRIBLE idea.
Women are NEVER attracted to the types of men
who kiss up to them... EVER.
Don't get me wrong here.
You don't have to treat women BADLY for them to
like you.
But if you think that treating a woman well
means "always getting her approval and permission
for things", think again.
You will never succeed by looking for approval.
Women actually get ANNOYED at men who seek their
approval.
Doubt me? Just ask any attractive woman if
Wussy guys who chase her around and want her
approval annoy her...
MISTAKE #4: Trying To "Buy" Her Affection With
Food And Gifts
How many times have you taken a woman out to a
nice dinner, bought her gifts and flowers, and had
her REJECT you for someone who didn't treat her
even HALF as well as you did?
If you're like me, then you've had it happen a
LOT.
Well guess what?
It's only NATURAL when this happens...
That's right, I said NATURAL.
When you do these things, you send a clear
message:
"I don't think you'll like me for who I am, so
I'm going to try to buy your attention and
affection".
Your good intentions usually come across to
women as over-compensation for insecurity, and
weak attempts at manipulation. That's right, I
said that women see this as MANIPULATION.
MISTAKE #5: Sharing "How You Feel" Too Early In
The Relationship With Her
Another huge and unfortunate mistake that most
men make with women is sharing how they "feel" too
early on.
Attractive women are rare.
And they get a LOT of attention from men.
Most men don't realize this, but attractive
women are being approached in one way or another
ALL THE TIME by men.
An attractive woman is often approached several
times a DAY by men who are interested. This
translate into dozens of times per week, and often
HUNDREDS of times per month.
And guess what?
Attractive women have usually dated a LOT of
men.
That's right. They have EXPERIENCE.
They know what to expect.
And one thing that turns an attractive women
off and sends her running away faster than just
about anything is a guy who starts saying "You
know, I really, REALLY like you" after one or two
dates.
This signals to the woman that you're just like
all the other guys who fall for her too fast...
and can't control themselves.
Don't do it. Lean back. Relax.
There's a much better way...
MISTAKE #6: Not "Getting" How Attraction Works For
Women
Women are VERY different from men when it comes
to ATTRACTION.
You need to accept this fact, and deal with it.
When a man sees a beautiful woman
he INSTANTLY feels a sexual attraction.
But does the same apply for women?
Do women feel sexual attraction to men based
mostly on looks? Or is something else going on?
Well, after studying this topic for over five
full years now, I can tell you that women usually
have their "attraction mechanisms" triggered by
things OTHER than looks.
Have you ever noticed that you see a lot more
average and unattractive men with beautiful women
than the other way around?
Think about it.
Women are more attracted to certain qualities
in men... and they're more attracted to the way a man
makes them FEEL than they are to looks alone.
If you know how to use your body language and
communication correctly, you can make women feel
the same kind of powerful sexual attraction to you
that YOU feel when you see a beautiful young
woman.
But it's not an accident. You have to LEARN how
to do this.
And ANY guy can learn how...
MISTAKE #7: Thinking That It Takes Money And Looks
One of the most common mistakes that guys make
is giving up before they've even gotten started...
because they think that attractive women are only
interested in men who have looks and money... or
guys who are a certain height... or guys who are a
certain age.
And sure, there are some women who are only
interested in these things.
But MOST women are far more interested in a
man's personality than his wallet or his looks.
There are personality traits that attract women
like a magnet...
And if you learn what they are and how to use
them, YOU can be one of these guys.
YOU DO NOT have to "settle" for a woman just
because you aren't rich, tall, or handsome.
Let me say this again: If you know how to use
your body language and communication correctly,
you can make women feel the same kind of powerful
sexual attraction to you that YOU feel when you
see a hot, sexy young woman.
MISTAKE #8: Giving Away All Of Your Power To Women
Earlier I mentioned that it's a mistake to look
to a woman for approval or permission.
Well, another similar tactic that a lot of guys
use is GIVING AWAY THEIR POWER to women.
Said differently, guys try to get women to like
them by doing whatever the woman wants.
Another bad idea...
Women are NEVER attracted to men that they can
walk all over... Women aren't attracted to
Wussies!
MISTAKE #9: Not Knowing EXACTLY What To Do In Each
Type Of Situation With Women
Now I'm going to blow your mind...
A woman ALWAYS knows what you're thinking.
Women are approximately TEN TIMES better than
men at reading body language. That's ten TIMES.
I know, it might be hard to believe. But for
example, if you're out on a date with a woman, and
you want to kiss her, she knows it.
And if you don't know exactly what to do and
exactly HOW to kiss her, and you just sit there
looking at her and getting nervous, she won't
help!
And this goes for ALL aspects of women and
dating...
Approaching a woman, getting her number, asking
her out, kissing her, getting physical...
everything.
If you don't know what to do in each situation,
you will probably screw it up... and LOSE
EVERYTHING.
And you KNOW it.
It is VITALLY important that you know EXACTLY
how to go from one step to the next with a
woman... from the first meeting, all the way to
the bedroom.
MISTAKE #10: Not Getting HELP
This is the biggest mistake of all.
This is the mistake that keeps most men from
EVER having the kind of success with women that
they truly want.
I know, guys don't like to make themselves look
weak or helpless. We don't like to ask for help.
Hey, I've been there myself.
Let me tell you a little about me and how I
figured out how to be successful with women...
About five years ago I became fed up with the
fact that I didn't know how to approach, meet, and
get dates with women that I was attracted to.
It frustrated the hell out of me.
One night I was out with a friend, and I saw a
woman I wanted to ask out, but I just couldn't get
up the nerve to do it. I can still remember that
night... right on the spot I made the decision to
do whatever it took to learn how to be successful
with women and dating.
Well, after a lot of hard work and trying all
kinds of crazy things, I finally figured it all
out.
I can now approach just about any woman and get
her number almost instantly. I've dated models,
I've dated actresses, and I've dated nice, normal,
regular girls as well.
It has been a very rewarding experience. I no
longer feel that sick, insecure feeling... like I
don't know how to meet women... and I might wind
up alone.
I know that anytime, anywhere, I can go out and
meet attractive women.
I've written a book on the topic, and I've done
seminars on both coasts of the United States...
and taught tens of thousands of men all around the
world.
In addition to this email newsletter, I also
have a killer downloadable eBook that you can
download and be reading in literally MINUTES
from right now.
It's JAM PACKED with dozens and dozens of
specific strategies for overcoming fear,
approaching women, getting phone numbers and email
address from women quickly, great inexpensive or
even free date ideas, and how to take things to a
"physical" level smoothly and easily.

How Bad Boys Attract So Many Beautiful Women

Have you ever wondered why this girl you have a crush on goes out with a selfish and abusive jerk? You would treat her so much better of course but still...she completely ignores you. Why? This mystery bugs the hell out of almost every guy out there. Most men just can't figure out what it is that makes women fall for the wrong guys...the bad boys! So the question is: Why are so many beautiful women attracted to arrogant, abusive and selfish jerks? It took me many years until I figured this out but now I'll let you in on this secret. If you want an answer to why and how bad boys attract so many beautiful women, you have to look through the looking-glass the other way and ask yourself... Why are those women NOT dating the nice guys who treat them like real princesses? Obviously, they are dating the arrogant jerks and bad boys ... and NOT the guys, who are nice to her, pay her lots of compliments, bring flowers and want to take them out on a dinner date. The first thing you have to realize now is that 'being BAD' gets you 10 times more women than 'being GOOD'. Look around you and have a look at some couples where the woman is really beautiful and attractive. Her man definitely isn't the nicey-nice type of guy. So how do these bad boys do it? What makes them so attractive and sexy to women? It’s because women want to be with guys who are a challenge and not easy to get. Bad boys and jerks don't give a damn if a woman likes them or not, whereas the nicey-niceguy is needy, clingy and desperately wants to take her out on a date. Bad boys are wild, brake rules and do what they want. Women get automatically attracted to such behavior because it is exciting and unpredictable. Nice guys ALWAYS do the expected and predictable, therefore making themselves boring in the eyes of any woman. Bad boys are always superior when it comes to attracting and dating the most beautiful women out there. Have a look at some of the female celebrities out there. They can literally choose any guy they want...and who do they end up with? It’s either an alcoholic rock star, bad boy actor or abusive jerk with tattoos all over his body. But what attracts women to these guys isn't their abusive attitude, their arrogant behavior and wife beating tendencies...hell no. You see, if you were a woman and you had to choose between a nice guy who has nothing else to offer than the classic dates such as going to a restaurant where he pays for everything or a movie where he brings chocolate and flowers... then the woman wants THE OTHER guy there is. And that, sadly enough, is the bad boys on the block. You hear so many people say that those kind of guys are the 'wrong men' but what else is there? As a woman, you always choose the man who is wild, rebellious and in love with himself over the nice-nice wimpy guy who would do anything for you.
